BECOME A SATISFIED SHOPPING CUSTOMER

•  Start switching your buying habits – budget your time for SHOPPING & DELIVERIES
•  Check out all Shop To EARTH Vendors – start to decide who you want to Purchase From

TRAINING
•  Go Through all training videos in your Virtual Office – especially these four: 
     1.  4 Steps to Duplication
     2.  How Much, How Fast
     3.  How To Build Most Effectively
     4.  Commission Rules 
•  Read through all documentation in your Training/Support Center (grid) of your Virtual Office
•  Listen to multiple TOUR & TRAINING calls – this is how you learn and build your business 
•  Listen to tour calls while you drive in your car  – let it all sink in
•  Attend all Major Corporate SEMINARS:  Get trained by the BEST in the company (and in the industry — and get cash back and points) – example: Feb 6th & 7th in Somerset, NJ
•  Get your Referrals and Team to all seminars with you!
•  Attend at least one live meeting weekly – stay plugged in!
•  To have a really great STE business you must become a great Leader, Captain, and Coach
•  “Leaders Are Readers!” Read books: on: Network Marketing; Personal Development; Leadership, etc. (Ask your up-team for a list of books to read )

SET SOME PERSONAL GOALS FOR YOUR NEW BUSINESS
•  What are you committed to accomplish in your first (next) 30 Days?
•  Why?  What are your “Compelling Reasons” for achieving it?   
•  “Why” is more important than “How” (“Why” comes first; “How” comes second) 

WHO DO YOU KNOW — WHO DO YOU WANT AS YOUR BUSINESS PARTNERS
•  This (and any) business is most fun when you do it with people you like
•  Decide who you most want to spend time with because you’ll be spending lots of time with your key teammates
•  Do NOT pre-judge anyone (you never know who’s going to get excited about STE for reasons you may not be aware of)
•  Be Selective – Sponsor/Refer “UP”!! (not “down”) – look to refer people “better than you” (the sharpest people you know)
•  Create a WRITTEN LIST of the people you really want in your STE Business – there’s something special (even “magical” about writing it down)
•  Your LIST / your RELATIONSHIPS are your GREATEST ASSET in this business 
•  Create your list with AS MANY NAMES AS YOU CAN THINK OF (use the “Memory Jogger” to make a list of the people you know) – you probably won’t ever have to call them all to achieve everything you desire from your STE Business
•  Prioritize your List – call the sharpest and most favorite people first.  Here are some criteria: 
*  Ambitious
*  Owns a business/Entrepreneurial Mindset
*  Successful
*  Loves to Make $$$
*  Loves to Save $$$
*  Is in Sales
*  Is Into the Environment
*  Needs to Make some Extra $$$ (struggling to make ends meet)
*  Loves to Shop
*  Shops Online
•  Review your List with your Sponsor and Start “Dialing For Success…”

INVITE YOUR PROSPECTS TO AN STE “TOUR CALL” & FOLLOW-UP 
•  Tour Calls are one of the most powerful tools we have for building our STE business
•  Learn and master a simple approach to successfully invite people onto the Tour Calls 
•  MEMORIZE the tour call phone number: 212-990-2300  pin: 1988# and the time schedule
•  Every morning ask yourself; “How many people do I have on today’s 1pm call? On tonight’s 8pm call?”  If someone offered you $1,000 cash for every person you got to listen to the next STE tour call, how many people would you get on it? 5 people? 20 people? This is how you should be thinking. Tour Calls speeds up duplication and growth.
•  If you’re struggling with getting people to the Tour Calls, use your up-team (in a 3-way call) to help you make the invitation
•  It’s great to be Excited and Enthusiastic; Have Fun; – and above all — BE NORMAL!!! (don’t be a maniac!!!)
•  Here’s a successful approach you can use: 
“Hi _(First Name).  How are you?  I’m calling because I’ve recently been
introduced to a business venture that has really caught my attention – and it made
me think of you.  It’s a company that has combined two of the fastest growing
market trends in the U.S. and globally: e-commerce, and the environmental “Green”
movement.  This company is experiencing explosive growth and I’d like to invite
you to check it out and give me your opinion – because ___________ (i.e., I really
value your opinion; or,  I know you’re into the internet and e-commerce; or, I know
you’ve always got your eyes open to lucrative ways to make money; etc) .  The
beauty of this is that you can check it out right from your computer and the
overview only takes about 40 minutes.   The presentation happens tonight at either 8
pm or 10 pm and I’m wondering which time works best for you tonight – because
I’d like to connect with you right afterwards and get your feedback.”  

(*Note: If they hesitate or start asking questions, just answer with the following…)
 
“(First Name), I’d love to answer your question(s) and, honestly, if I tried I know I
wouldn’t begin to do it justice.  The people at this company have really developed
an awesome presentation that explains that whole thing really beautifully and
succinctly – and a lot better than I could so I won’t even try.  And just so you feel
comfortable, I’m not asking you to buy anything, join anything or be a part of
anything.  All I’m asking you to do is to listen on the phone and watch on your
computer a 40 minute presentation and connect with me for a few minutes
afterwards to tell me what you think – that’s it!  If you like what you see, you’ll
probably have some questions and I’ll do my best to get them answered for you.  If
not, I’ll get your feedback and we’re done.  Does that sound ok?”
 
(*Note: Once they confirm that they’ll be on the call, give then the main # and PIN. 
ALWAYS confirm the time for your follow-up call.  The best time to do it is
immediately afterwards, while everything is still fresh in their mind.  If that’s not
possible, set it up to do it ASAP when they’re available.  Also, let them know that
since you’re so new, you’re going to see if you can get someone that knows a lot
more about the program on the phone with the two of you to answer their questions,
but you’re not sure if you’ll be able to make that happen.  You’ll do your best…)  

ALWAYS USE 3-WAY CALLS WITH YOUR UP-TEAM FOR FOLLOW-UP (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE NEW) 
•  Why?  Because 3-way Calls Demonstrate the Following: 
*  Simplicity – you don’t have to know much to make the system work
*  Team – no one is in this business alone
*  Fun – we’re having a good time and keeping it “light”
*  Free Business Support “On-Demand” (you’ve got some sharp people “working for you!!” right from the beginning 
 •  If you do it all yourself, they’ll think they have to do it themselves too – and that may turn them off to the possibility.  They may think it’ll take too much time to learn…, too complex…, etc. 
•  When doing a 3-way Call, just introduce (and edify) your up-team support person to your prospect and BE QUIET (mute your phone and LISTEN)!!  Let them answer your prospect’s questions and move the process to the next step.
HELP YOUR NEW PEOPLE GET STARTED RIGHT
•  Take responsibility for making sure that your new people know how to begin correctly and give them the best opportunity for Success
•  Help them get (and stay) tapped-in to the Success Track
•  The $100 Bonus for Referring a new Broker is called a “TRAINING” Bonus – help Train them
•  “Play Checkers”:  It’s a 2-way Street.  Like the game of Checkers, you can’t play by yourself (actually you can, but it’s no fun, and not very productive!)  They Move – You Move; They Move – You Move.  They Don’t Move – You Don’t Move!!  You can’t (and don’t want to) “drag” them!!
